More than one crore people in Bihar must submit their Bihar life certificate 2025 by November. The government has made it mandatory for all pensioners to submit the document to keep receiving their pension. Without this certificate, pension money will stop being credited to their bank accounts.
The Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare will run a Digital Life Certificate Campaign from November 1 to 30, 2025. In Bihar, there are about 1.13 crore social security pensioners and 3.5 lakh state government pensioners.
Pensioners can create the certificate online through the Jeevan Pramaan app using their Aadhaar and PPO number or visit CSC centers, post offices, or banks for biometric submission. The India Post Payments Bank also offers doorstep service through postmen via the PostInfo app.
Submitting the Bihar life certificate 2025 ensures uninterrupted pension payments and avoids financial delays.
