Narendra Modi inaugurated the new Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) at the Seva Teerth complex in New Delhi. The office has been designed to bring all key government functions under one roof, replacing the fragmented and ageing infrastructure that was spread across multiple locations in the Central Vista area for decades.
During the inauguration, PM Modi’s personal motto was inscribed on the wall beneath the plaque of the Seva Teerth complex, symbolising his commitment to public service. Officials said the new PMO will improve coordination among various ministries and departments, enabling more efficient governance.
The Seva Teerth complex also features modern facilities, sustainable architecture, and advanced technology to support administrative work. The Prime Minister highlighted that consolidating government offices in one location will save time, enhance productivity, and better serve citizens.
The project is seen as a significant step in modernising India’s administrative infrastructure while reflecting the values of transparency and efficiency.
