Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Katihar to address a public rally as part of the Bihar Assembly Election campaign. The event will take place on November 3, and the PM is expected to seek votes for BJP candidate Tarkishore Prasad. According to officials, the rally site has been set near Bhasna village, and arrangements are in full swing.

District Magistrate Manish Kumar Meena confirmed that PM Modi will reach Katihar by helicopter at 3 p.m. A special helipad is being built close to the rally ground. Security agencies have started strict checking along the Katihar–Purnia main road.

Superintendent of Police Shikhar Choudhary said that all traffic on this road will be stopped till 5 p.m. to ensure smooth movement and safety during the PM’s visit. The local administration is ensuring that every part of the Bihar Assembly Election rally runs smoothly.

This visit marks one of PM Modi’s major campaign efforts to boost BJP’s chances in the upcoming polls. Thousands of supporters are expected to attend the event.
