A shocking incident has come to light where PMCH guards brutally beat a car rider near the JP Ganga Path in Patna. A video shows a family getting out of their car, and two guards suddenly attacking the driver with sticks. An elderly woman was also in the car. She tried to stop the guards, but they continued hitting him. Locals rushed to the spot soon after, and the driver was freed.
