Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will soon begin another state-wide visit for a Pragati Yatra review. The tour will focus on checking the progress of development projects launched during his earlier visits. Officials said the Chief Minister wants to ensure that promises made to the public are fulfilled on the ground.
The Bihar government is preparing the tour schedule. The visit is expected to start after Makar Sankranti. Nitish Kumar will travel to several districts and personally inspect ongoing projects related to roads, bridges, water supply, and public services.
During the Pragati Yatra review, the Chief Minister will also hold meetings with local officials. He plans to interact with residents to understand their concerns and gather feedback on government schemes.
The earlier Pragati Yatra helped identify regional development needs across Bihar. Many projects were approved after direct interaction with the public. The upcoming tour aims to check their current status and remove delays.
Senior officials believe the review tour will improve coordination between departments. It will also help speed up stalled projects. The government is expected to release detailed tour dates soon.
