Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann met leading South Korean business representatives on Tuesday and positioned Punjab as a stable and future-ready investment destination. On the final day of his South Korea tour, Mann said the state now operates on an investor-centric governance model that ensures predictability, efficiency and complete support throughout the business lifecycle.
He highlighted Punjab’s robust industrial base, cost-effective power, peaceful labour environment and highly skilled workforce as major advantages for global investors. Mann added that Punjab’s strong connectivity to domestic and international markets makes it an ideal hub for manufacturing, technology and innovation-driven industries.
According to an official statement, Mann assured companies that Punjab’s transparent policies and proactive administration aim to eliminate hurdles and accelerate industrial growth. He is currently leading a 10-day delegation to Japan and South Korea as part of preparations for the sixth Progressive Punjab Investors’ Summit, scheduled in Mohali from March 13–15, 2026.
