Rajasthan Patwari Exam 2025 has landed in controversy after candidates challenged the results and answer key in the Rajasthan High Court. Several aspirants alleged serious errors in multiple questions and their official answers. The court has now summoned the Secretary of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board and the Registrar of the Revenue Board.
Justice Ashok Kumar Jain heard the petition filed by Purba Ram and others. During the hearing, the court questioned why authorities should not form an expert committee to review the disputed questions. The bench directed all concerned parties to submit their replies. This development may impact the ongoing recruitment process.
Counsel for the petitioners, Rampratap Saini, argued that nearly half a dozen questions contained incorrect answers in the official key. According to him, candidates marked correct responses, but evaluators treated them as wrong. He claimed this caused irregularities and unfair results. The petition seeks a detailed review and a stay on appointments until an expert report is submitted.
The Staff Selection Board conducted the Patwari examination on August 17 for 3,705 posts. The board declared the results on December 3. However, the answer key dispute has triggered uncertainty among candidates. The next hearing may decide the future course of the recruitment.
