Actor couple Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa welcomed a baby girl on November 15, a day that also marked their fourth wedding anniversary. The duo announced the happy news on social media, describing their daughter as “the greatest blessing” they could receive on such a special occasion. Rajkummar shared a brief but heartfelt message online, saying, “The greatest blessing God has given us on our 4th wedding anniversary.”
In an earlier conversation with Hindustan Times, Patralekhaa revealed that the couple had plans for a family trip after the baby’s arrival. She mentioned that they hoped to visit southern New Zealand, a place they missed during their last vacation. Laughing, she added that they might even attempt “something crazier like bungee jumping” with their little one in tow.
Patralekhaa had also shared insights about her pregnancy journey, recalling how she discovered she was expecting during their recent New Zealand trip. She said the experience gave her a glimpse of what Rajkummar would be like as a father.
The couple announced their pregnancy on July 9, posting a pastel-themed image on Instagram featuring a floral wreath and a cradle with the words “Baby on the way.” Rajkummar captioned the post simply as “Elated.”
Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa, who first met while shooting ‘Citylights’ in 2014, tied the knot in November 2021 after years of dating. Their baby girl marks a new and joyous chapter in their journey together.
