R&B Minister Janardhan Reddy Alleges TTD Sanctity Compromised During YSRCP Rule
Andhra Pradesh’s R&B Minister N. Janardhan Reddy on Tuesday alleged that the sanctity of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) had been compromised during the previous YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) rule. Speaking in Amaravati, he claimed that irregularities and mismanagement had affected the administration and operations of the temple board, impacting devotees and the institution’s reputation.
The Minister said the current coalition government was taking corrective measures to restore transparency and proper governance at TTD. He highlighted that alongside administrative reforms, industrial investments, recruitment drives, and infrastructure projects across the State were gaining momentum under the new administration.
Mr. Janardhan Reddy emphasised that these steps are aimed at ensuring overall development while maintaining the sanctity and smooth functioning of religious institutions. He urged the public to support the government’s initiatives, stating that coordinated efforts would help improve both governance and socio-economic growth in Andhra Pradesh.
