The Bihar elections 2025 are being held in two phases. Both phases matter for every party. The first phase is crucial for the BJP because the reputation of 11 ministers is at stake. Voting for 121 seats will take place on November 6.
Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha are contesting in this phase. Samrat is fighting from Tarapur for the first time. His father, Shakuni Chaudhary, won the seat six times, and his mother, Parvati Devi, once. Vijay Sinha is contesting from Lakhisarai, where he already served as MLA four times.
Other key ministers in the Bihar elections 2025 include Mangal Pandey, Nitin Naveen, Sanjay Sara wagi, Krishna Kumar Mantu, and Sunil Kumar. Former Union Minister Ram Kripal Yadav from Danapur also faces a tough contest.
This phase will decide the BJP’s strength in Bihar. All eyes are on whether the party can defend its strongholds and retain its political edge.
