Saudi Crown Prince to Visit Trump at White House on November 18
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will visit U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House on November 18, a senior official confirmed. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties and discuss regional stability, energy cooperation, and security partnerships.
A key agenda item will be Trump’s push for Saudi Arabia to join the Abraham Accords — the U.S.-brokered normalization agreements between Israel and several Arab nations. While the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco have already signed on, Riyadh has so far linked its participation to progress toward Palestinian statehood.
Talks are also expected to include defence collaboration and a potential long-term U.S.–Saudi security agreement. The visit highlights renewed efforts to rebuild ties after years of diplomatic tension and could mark a turning point in Middle East peace efforts and Washington’s strategic engagement with the Gulf.
