The Bihar Election 2025 Second Phase will decide 122 assembly seats in 20 districts. Voting will be held on November 11, and counting will take place on November 14. Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar said the two-phase schedule will help manage security and make voting easier for people. The Model Code of Conduct now applies to all related districts.
The second phase includes districts such as West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Katihar, and Kishanganj. Seats like Valmikinagar, Bettiah, Motihari, Sitamarhi, and Katihar are expected to see close fights.
