Suryakiran Aerobatic Team set to light up Hyderabad skies
The Indian Air Force’s Suryakiran Aerobatic Team will thrill Hyderabad skies with spectacular aerial displays on January 28 and 29. The event is expected to draw large crowds of aviation enthusiasts and families.
The team will showcase high-precision flying, complex formations, and synchronised manoeuvres. The display aims to inspire young people and highlight the skill and discipline of Indian Air Force pilots.
Formed in 1966, the Indian Air Force’s Suryakiran Aerobatic Team is popularly known as the Ambassadors of the Indian Air Force. It has performed at air shows across India and abroad, earning global recognition.
The team flies indigenously built HAL Kiran trainer aircraft. Each display reflects months of training and strong coordination among pilots and ground crew.
Indian Air Force officials said the Hyderabad show would celebrate aviation excellence and national pride. They added that such events help strengthen public connect with the armed forces.
Security arrangements and crowd management measures will be in place to ensure a safe experience for spectators. Authorities advised the public to follow instructions issued by organisers.
The event is expected to boost local interest in aviation and defence careers while offering a memorable visual experience.
