The Bihar AAP unit, while releasing its manifesto, also announced interest-free loans up to ₹10 lakh, a salary of ₹12,000 for cooks, and free travel for women on government buses.

AAP believes these steps will empower women financially and boost Bihar’s economy. The party said that Bihar’s women are not just the strength of families but also the backbone of the state’s progress. Through the AAP ₹3,000 scheme for Bihar women, Kejriwal aims to connect with female voters and bring Delhi’s welfare model to Bihar.
