Each wine shop applicant is required to pay a non-refundable tender fee of ₹3 lakh. The government has also provided reservation quotas for different communities: 15% for Gowda, 10% for SC, and 5% for ST candidates.

Authorities have urged interested entrepreneurs to submit complete and accurate applications within the stipulated period to participate in the lottery. This initiative is part of the state’s broader plan to enhance revenue collection and organized retail management in the liquor sector.
