He stated that the Congress party continues to work with a strong commitment to social justice. He said they will fight until 42% BC reservations are implemented in Telangana. Moreover, he appealed to young BC members not to act in haste or resort to harmful decisions under pressure.

Mahesh Kumar expressed confidence that the Congress would form the government at the Centre and Rahul Gandhi would become the next Prime Minister. He added that BC reservations would be secured constitutionally, similar to SC and ST quotas. He called Sai Eshwara Chari’s death extremely unfortunate and asked the community not to repeat such actions. The TPCC Chief assured full support to the bereaved family from the government.

He reminded that CM Revanth Reddy and ministers are actively working toward implementing BC reservations. He alleged that the Centre ignored the BC bills passed by the Telangana Assembly. Finally, he said they will soon meet the Prime Minister to push forward the demand.
