]]> POCSO Case Bail Granted to Bandi Bhageerath in a major development in the high-profile case involving the son of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar. The Malkajgiri Court approved his bail petition after he spent more than a month in jail.

POCSO Case Bail Granted to Bandi Bhageerath after the court reviewed the case and the ongoing investigation. Following the court’s order, Bhageerath walked out of Cherlapally Central Jail on Friday.

Police registered a POCSO case against Bhageerath on May 8 at Pet Basheerabad Police Station. Authorities alleged that he behaved inappropriately with a minor girl. The case attracted significant attention across Telangana.

A special police team arrested Bhageerath on May 16 and sent him to judicial remand. Investigators later sought his custody to gather more evidence. The court allowed three days of police custody.

During the investigation, police took Bhageerath to Aranya Farmhouse in Moinabad and conducted a scene reconstruction exercise. After hearing arguments on his bail plea, the Malkajgiri Court granted him bail.
