At an event in the Mahatma Gandhi Auditorium, held during the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Brain Development Fair, Choudhary also revealed that tenders for Raxaul and Muzaffarpur airports will be released this month.

The Deputy CM stressed that Bihar is witnessing rapid progress in infrastructure and agriculture. He praised the role of MP Radha Mohan Singh in boosting farm development. According to him, rising ethanol demand has pushed maize prices up to ₹2,000–3,000 per quintal, giving farmers new opportunities.

On economic reforms, Choudhary said Prime Minister Modi stood firm even after the U.S. imposed a 400% tax on terephthalic acid. He highlighted the government’s plan to reduce four tax slabs into two for a simpler system. He also mentioned ongoing projects like the Siliguri-Gorakhpur Expressway and the Haldiya-Raxaul Expressway.

He concluded by saying, “India will only be the best when Bihar becomes the best.”
