Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary, Mayor Apsara Devi, and BJP leaders joined demonstrations at key locations in Patna, including Kargil Chowk, raising slogans against Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav. Traffic came to a standstill on important routes like Katihar–Purnia, Katihar–Manihari, and Khagaria–Begusarai. Buses stopped midway, passengers were stranded, and office-goers struggled to reach workplaces.

Protests and road blockades continued through the morning, creating a widespread impact across Bihar. Leaders confirmed the bandh would end by noon.
