Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said the new government will follow the same development model introduced by Nitish Kumar.

Speaking at a press conference in Patna, Chaudhary said Nitish Kumar led Bihar for nearly two decades and earned strong public support because of his development policies. He said the new administration under Samrat Choudhary will continue those policies and programmes.

The Deputy CM also said the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government has a strong majority in the assembly and will easily prove its strength in the upcoming floor test. He added that the alliance remains united and confident.

According to Chaudhary, Nitish Kumar decided to move to the Rajya Sabha, which led to the formation of the new government. He said the current leadership will follow the governance path created during Nitish Kumar’s tenure while also introducing some new initiatives.

Leaders in the alliance believe the transition ensures stability in Bihar’s administration while maintaining the development agenda set in earlier years.

Tej Pratap Yadav gives Nitish Kumar 9 out of 10 after the veteran leader stepped down as Chief Minister of Bihar. His statement surprised many in political circles because the two leaders belong to rival camps.

Speaking in an interview, Tej Pratap Yadav praised Nitish Kumar and called him a senior leader in politics. He said Kumar has long-standing ties with his father, Lalu Prasad Yadav, and he respects him like an elder. Tej Pratap Yadav gives Nitish Kumar 9 out of 10, saying the former chief minister handled governance with experience and maturity.

Nitish Kumar recently resigned from the top post after a long tenure in Bihar politics. Soon after his resignation, Samrat Choudhary took oath as the new Chief Minister of the state.

Tej Pratap also congratulated Samrat Choudhary and said he hopes the new government will complete pending development work. He added that the state needs more jobs and opportunities for youth.

His remarks have sparked fresh discussion in Bihar politics, especially because they came at a time of major leadership change in the state.

Samrat Choudhary rise in Bihar politics has been rapid and dramatic. The BJP leader joined the party in 2017 and reached a key leadership position within a few years. His political career began much earlier, but his major growth came after entering the Bharatiya Janata Party.

The Samrat Choudhary rise started with his early political journey in the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) during the late 1990s. Later, he joined the Janata Dal (United) and remained active in Bihar politics before moving to the BJP in 2017. The shift gave him a stronger role in state politics.

In 2023, the BJP leadership appointed him as the Bihar state president. This position increased his political influence and made him a key face of the party in the state.

Within a few years, he emerged as one of the most powerful leaders in Bihar politics. His journey reflects changing political equations in the state.

Tej Pratap Yadav on Nitish Kumar sparked fresh political debate in Bihar after the RJD leader mocked the chief minister’s decision to step down from power. His remarks came amid intense speculation over the formation of a new government in the state.

Speaking to reporters, Tej Pratap Yadav on Nitish Kumar said it was surprising that someone holding the chief minister’s post would leave the position voluntarily. He remarked that people usually struggle to gain power, but Nitish Kumar seemed to be “running away from the chair.”

When asked who could become the next chief minister of Bihar, Tej Pratap gave an unusual answer. Instead of naming a political leader, he said “Ramji” would become the next CM. His remark surprised journalists and political observers.

He also joked that Nitish Kumar should throw a party after stepping down from power. The statement quickly went viral on social media and triggered reactions across political circles in Bihar.

The comment comes at a time when Bihar politics is witnessing major changes, with leaders and parties discussing the next chief minister.

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has sparked a fresh political debate after saying “Bihar Will Now Be Run From Delhi.” He made the remark while reacting to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar taking oath as a member of the Rajya Sabha.

Tejashwi said the situation shows that decisions about Bihar may now be controlled from Delhi. He claimed that Nitish Kumar did not move to the Rajya Sabha willingly and alleged that political pressure forced the step. According to him, this development raises serious questions about who will actually run the state government.

Nitish Kumar recently took oath as a Rajya Sabha MP. The move signals a major shift in Bihar’s politics and may lead to changes in the state leadership.

The RJD leader also mocked the attention around the oath ceremony. He asked whether Nitish Kumar had taken oath for a much bigger position, as the political reaction appeared unusually strong.

The development has intensified the political battle between the ruling alliance and the opposition in Bihar.
