The Bihar IAS Officers Training programme will run from May 11 to June 5. The training will last about 25 days. Officers from the 2015 to 2018 IAS batches will attend the course. Most of them currently hold key posts in Bihar’s administration.

The academy designed this programme to strengthen leadership and governance skills. Officers will learn policy planning and modern administrative methods. Experts will also guide them on better decision-making and public service delivery.

Mid-career training helps officers update their skills. It also prepares them to handle new governance challenges. After the course, the officers will return to their districts and departments to continue their work.
