According to Kishor, Rajesh Sah was killed in Kishanganj, but the case was covered up. He claimed that police acted under pressure and protected Jaiswal. The victim’s family, along with Jan Suraaj Party, has now filed a petition in the High Court seeking a fresh investigation.

Senior lawyer Vaidhi Giri, who is representing the case, said the police ignored key evidence. Kishor added that the then SP’s wife got a medical college admission with Jaiswal’s help, proving political influence.

Kishor said the family has not given up hope and wants justice. He insisted that a CBI probe would finally reveal the truth. “If CBI investigates, facts will come out clearly,” he stated.

On Tuesday, Tejashwi shared a poem accusing the government of failing the people. He said villages remain in darkness, roads are broken, businesses are weak, and jobs are a distant dream. He added that farmers are distressed, trains are often delayed, and young people feel hopeless. According to him, the public now wants real change.

Tejashwi also accused the government of massive corruption. He claimed corruption spreads from block offices to police stations. As an example, he mentioned a senior engineer under a minister whose house revealed ₹13 crore in cash. Reports suggested that the engineer’s total assets were worth around ₹500 crore.

In another shocking case, Tejashwi said an engineer burned ₹10 crore cash while Enforcement Directorate officials waited outside. Calling these “small examples,” he argued that corruption in Bihar has become institutionalized. He also questioned the transparency of global tenders floated by the government.

The remarks signal that corruption and unemployment will be key issues in the upcoming Bihar elections.
