Speaking on the occasion, Chandrababu recalled that in the past, several restrictions made Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations difficult. He noted that organizers had to seek multiple permissions even for electricity supply. Highlighting the change, he said his government ensured free power this year, bringing smiles to the faces of devotees across the state.

The Chief Minister emphasized that development projects should continue without obstacles. He assured that his administration had taken strong measures to prevent a repeat of past Budameru flood incidents. Chandrababu expressed confidence that improved flood management systems would safeguard people and infrastructure.

He further revealed that all reservoirs in the state had reached full capacity due to heavy inflows. Stating that around 1,500 TMC of Godavari floodwaters had flowed into the sea, he stressed the importance of water conservation and effective utilization to strengthen the state’s future development.
