During the conference, the Chief Minister directed the Civil Supplies Department to issue regular instructions to district collectors for managing paddy procurement. He emphasized giving top priority to paddy collection and appointed a mandal-level officer for each procurement center. He also advised shifting stored paddy to nearby function halls to prevent damage.

Revanth Reddy ordered collectors to submit daily 24-hour reports on paddy collection activities. He warned that officials showing negligence would face immediate disciplinary action. The Chief Minister instructed all officers to stay in the field and ordered collectors and SPs to set up joint monitoring centers for real-time coordination.

He also reviewed damaged roads, traffic diversion plans, and flood safety measures around tanks, canals, and irrigation projects. Revanth Reddy directed local authorities to alert residents near vulnerable areas. Later today, the Chief Minister is scheduled to conduct an aerial survey of the cyclone-affected districts along with ministers.
