The strike by circle officers and revenue employees has affected land-related services in many districts. Important work such as land mutation, corrections, e-measurement, and LPC processing has slowed down due to the protest.

Sinha said many of the employees’ demands are not new. He added that these issues have existed for years, but the government is willing to listen and find solutions.

Earlier, the Deputy CM warned that officials who fail to return to duty may face suspension or replacement. Despite the warning, several officers continue to participate in the strike across districts.

However, some newly appointed officers have stayed on duty and continued work in their offices. The government hopes more officials will return so discussions can begin soon.
