The resolution also demanded strengthening of MGNREGA, calling it a key social security scheme. The CPI asked for 200 days of employment per year with a daily wage of ₹800. The party opposed privatisation of the defence industry, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, and expansion of the power sector, terming them anti-worker.

CPI leaders stressed that crimes against Dalits have risen sharply in the past decade. They also passed a resolution for handing Chandigarh over to Punjab and paid homage on the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur.

Debates saw active participation from senior leaders including D Raja, Amarjeet Kaur, Palab Sen Gupta, Hardev Arshi, and K Srinivas Reddy. The CPI said the struggle for federal rights, workers’ dignity, and social justice would continue.
