<p data-start="507" data-end="792">Scindia recalled India’s space journey from Aryabhata to Chandrayaan-3, Aditya-L1, NISAR, and upcoming Gaganyaan missions. He said India has evolved from a follower to a global space leader. He urged coordinated SATCOM programs involving government, industry, startups, and academia.</p>
<p data-start="794" data-end="1054">The minister announced a Rs 900 crore National Satcom Monitoring Facility. It will protect spectrum assets and strengthen satellite gateways.
