Tension is rising inside the Bihar Congress after many leaders received a Bihar Congress ticket fraud notice. They claim the notice is unfair and rushed. They also say the Bihar Congress ticket fraud notice ignores party rules and traditions.

The leaders question the formation of the disciplinary committee. They argue that only the party’s general secretary can create such a committee. They add that the state unit never had its own committee in the past. Because of this, they believe the entire action lacks a proper base.

They also ask why the notice allowed only five days for a reply when the party rulebook allows two full weeks. They want to know why an AICC member received a notice without a clear reason. The group says they will continue to protect the Bihar Congress and fight wrong decisions.

These leaders say that they only exposed mistakes in ticket distribution. They pointed out issues like deals for tickets and tickets given to people linked to the BJP. Senior leaders heard their concerns and told them to keep campaigning. The leaders followed the advice but still received notices later.

So far, 43 leaders have received notices, and many—including Anand Madhav and Chhatrapati Yadav—have already replied.

The Congress has taken a firm stand against Bihar poll anti-party activity by issuing notices to 43 leaders. The leadership says the step is important to protect party unity before future elections. The issue of Bihar poll anti-party activity created tension during the state campaign, and the party now wants to correct it.

The Disciplinary Committee stated that several leaders made public comments that went against the official party line. These comments created confusion among workers and damaged the campaign message. The notices name senior figures such as Veena Shahi, Madhurendra Kumar Singh, Kaisar Khan, Sudhir Kumar, and Ajay Kumar Singh.

Committee president Kapil Dev Prasad Yadav asked all 43 leaders to submit clear written explanations by November 21. He said the Congress expects discipline from every member, especially during elections, when unity matters the most.

Yadav also warned that leaders who ignore the notice will face strict action. The punishment may include removal from the party for six years. He added that the Congress wants open debate but will not accept public statements that harm the party.

The move signals that the Congress wants to rebuild teamwork, fix internal issues, and enter upcoming political battles with a stronger organisation.
