The Bihar government has launched a fresh initiative to collect Ease of Living suggestions from the public. Through this step, the government wants to understand everyday problems faced by citizens and improve government services. The Ease of Living suggestions will help officials design people-friendly policies.

The move is part of the state’s Saat Nischay-3 programme and focuses on making daily interactions with government offices simpler. Citizens can share ideas related to healthcare, education, transport, urban services, and delivery of government certificates.

Officials say people often struggle with long procedures and delays. The government now wants direct feedback to fix these issues. Suggestions may include easier access to hospitals, faster service at government counters, safer roads, and digital solutions for routine work.

Residents can send their feedback online by scanning a QR code shared by the government. They can also post written suggestions to the office of the Additional Secretary at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Patna. The last date to submit suggestions is January 4.

All responses will be reviewed carefully. Based on public input, the government plans to prepare a clear action plan. Officials believe this effort will improve trust and ensure that policies match real public needs.
