Officials say people often struggle with long procedures and delays. The government now wants direct feedback to fix these issues. Suggestions may include easier access to hospitals, faster service at government counters, safer roads, and digital solutions for routine work.

Residents can send their feedback online by scanning a QR code shared by the government. They can also post written suggestions to the office of the Additional Secretary at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Patna. The last date to submit suggestions is January 4.

All responses will be reviewed carefully. Based on public input, the government plans to prepare a clear action plan. Officials believe this effort will improve trust and ensure that policies match real public needs.
