Chandrababu Naidu launched the programme with Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan. The government designed the model to bring society together for a shared goal. It encourages wealthy families to support the poorest families in their region.

The P4 model stands for Public-Private-Peoples Partnership. It links well-off “mentors” with poor “Golden Families” for economic and social support. The government acts as the connecting platform. Officials identified 30 lakh families through gram sabhas. They plan to track progress through digital dashboards.

The scheme remains fully voluntary. No family or donor will face pressure. The government believes collective support can reduce poverty faster. The Chief Minister urged officials to focus on measurable progress and long-term results.
