										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="246" data-end="632">Telangana IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu finalized key agreements in Australia to promote the state as a global innovation hub. A Letter of Intent was signed with RMIT University, Melbourne, focusing on higher education and research in life sciences. Discussions with Victoria Institute of Technology explored setting up an International Education City in Telangana.</p>
<p data-start="634" data-end="1004">The minister emphasized that international partnerships will strengthen Telangana’s position in innovation, research, and higher education. Life sciences CEO Shakti Nagappan and RMIT Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Catherine Itsiospoulos signed the agreement. Joint PhD programs, faculty-student exchanges, and collaborative research opportunities will be introduced<a href="https://www.indiapodcast.com/">.</a></p>
<p data-start="1006" data-end="1312">Sridhar Babu also met representatives of mining giant Orica, encouraging further investments in Telangana’s industrial and infrastructure sectors. Orica CEO Sanjeev Gandhi agreed to collaborate on industrial innovation, sustainable manufacturing, mining, and digital transformation projects in the state.</p>
<p data-start="1314" data-end="1618">Telangana plans to launch a Life Sciences School to train youth as experts in the sector. In a heartfelt message, he highlighted his father’s journey from launching Hi-Tech City to championing quantum technology, calling it a living legacy of progress and innovation.</p>
<p data-start="494" data-end="819">Lokesh stated that Chandrababu’s vision transformed aspirations in biotechnology into real achievements and laid the foundation for a <strong data-start="628" data-end="651">data-driven economy</strong>.
