The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has raised a strong alert after SSC Detects Remote Hacking in CGLE 2025. The commission confirmed that attempts were made to take remote control of candidate systems at some centres during the ongoing examination. It has warned that strict criminal action will be taken against anyone involved.

The Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025, one of the largest recruitment exams in India, began on September 12 and will continue until September 26. Lakhs of aspirants across the country are competing for prestigious Group B and C posts in various government departments.

The SSC stated that it has deployed multiple layers of digital security features during the computer-based exam. These systems continuously monitor each candidate’s terminal, recording developments in real time. Through this technology, the commission noticed several attempts of remote takeover and system hacking at certain centres.

A notice issued on September 17 made it clear that such activities are under close watch. After the exam concludes, SSC will analyze the collected digital evidence and footprints. Candidates found guilty of malpractice will be debarred, while centres facilitating such acts will also face strict criminal proceedings.

The commission has repeatedly advised candidates not to indulge in unfair practices. It emphasized that the SSC is committed to conducting free, fair, and transparent examinations. By deploying advanced monitoring solutions, the body ensures that genuine candidates do not face disadvantages because of dishonest attempts.

With this warning, SSC Detects Remote Hacking in CGLE sends a strong message that no compromise with examination integrity will be tolerated. Candidates are expected to focus on merit and preparation, while centres must maintain the highest standards of security.

The Telangana High Court delivered a sensational verdict on the TSPSC Group-1 examination. The court directed the cancellation of the previously announced General Rankings List and ordered a fresh evaluation of the mains answer sheets. Results can only be released after this revaluation.

The bench of Justice Namavarapu Rajeshwara Rao granted eight months’ time for the revaluation process. If revaluation cannot be completed within this period, the court instructed the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) to conduct the mains examination again.

The issue began when several candidates alleged irregularities in the valuation of Group-1 mains papers. They approached the High Court, seeking cancellation of the results. After a detailed hearing, the bench reserved judgment on July 7 and has now issued its final directions.

TSPSC had announced the Group-1 mains results in April this year. However, the High Court observed serious lapses in the evaluation process. With the rankings list now scrapped, the commission faces the challenge of completing revaluation or preparing for fresh exams. This ruling has created uncertainty among thousands of aspirants but also raised hopes for a fair process.
