Anil Mishra Bail Granted by the Madhya Pradesh High Court has brought major relief to senior advocate Anil Mishra in Gwalior. After continuous hearings, the court on Wednesday approved his bail on a personal bond of ₹1 lakh. The High Court made strong observations on police conduct and termed Mishra’s arrest unconstitutional.

Police arrested Anil Mishra in a case linked to the alleged burning of Dr BR Ambedkar’s photograph. Authorities later sent him to judicial custody. During the hearing, the court questioned the legality of the arrest and expressed concern over procedural lapses. Following the order, officials will release Mishra from jail the same day.

Senior advocate MP Singh welcomed the verdict and called it a victory of truth. He described the ruling as historic. Singh said the court clearly ruled that the police violated constitutional safeguards while making the arrest. He also highlighted a serious error in the investigation. According to him, police registered the FIR by treating an absconding accused as the complainant. This action raised doubts about the intent of the investigation.

The case involves seven accused in total. Police arrested four people earlier, including Anil Mishra. The bail pleas of the remaining three accused are also pending before the court. Legal experts expect relief for them once hearings conclude.

The verdict has triggered debate over police accountability. Lawyers across Gwalior see the ruling as a strong reminder of constitutional rights.

Gwalior Road Corruption Exposed after a newly built road collapsed within hours of Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit. The incident has raised serious questions about construction quality and civic accountability.

Amit Shah arrived in Gwalior on the night of December 24. Authorities hurriedly resurfaced the road from Surya Namaskar Tiraha to Akashvani Chauraha. The administration completed the asphalt work overnight to ensure a smooth convoy route.

The road looked polished for a few hours. Soon after Shah left the city, the upper asphalt layer began peeling off. Large patches broke apart, exposing poor-quality work.

Residents said the road crumbled like loose concrete. The incident added to Gwalior’s long list of road failures. Earlier, Chetakpuri Road sank multiple times within days of construction after rainfall.

Despite repeated embarrassment, civic officials continued such practices. This latest collapse intensified public anger. Citizens questioned how a road meant for a VIP visit failed so quickly.

After the damage surfaced, no municipal officer addressed the issue publicly. The silence fueled allegations of corruption and negligence. Opposition leaders also seized the moment to target the ruling administration.

The incident has once again spotlighted infrastructure mismanagement. Locals now demand accountability and strict action against those responsible for substandard construction.

Amit Shah Gwalior Roads have become the centre of fresh political debate after several damaged stretches were repaired overnight. The repairs happened just before Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to the city. Gwalior’s poor road conditions had earlier drawn national attention, especially after monsoon-related cave-ins.

Amit Shah visited Gwalior on December 25 to inaugurate the Abhyudaya Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit. He also laid foundation stones for industrial projects worth ₹2 lakh crore. Ahead of the VVIP visit, the district administration and municipal corporation resurfaced selected roads. These routes were part of the Home Minister’s convoy movement.

Residents say the administration acted with unusual speed. They claim officials earlier cited lack of funds when people demanded road repairs. Locals now question how money appeared overnight. Many allege the work quality is poor and may not last long.

Several citizens shared images and videos on social media. They accused authorities of applying double standards. According to them, roads ignored for months were fixed within hours for a leader’s visit. Some residents also reported uneven layers and unfinished edges.

Local resident Chaturbhuj Dhanaulia said the roads were badly damaged earlier. He claimed officials denied funds at that time. He alleged the new surface is of substandard quality. He demanded strict action against contractors involved in poor construction.

The issue has triggered wider questions on accountability and public spending priorities.
