He urged the government to provide essentials like food, water, medicine, and clothes to flood victims. Criticising Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, he said the government ignored early warnings of flooding and instead focused on events like Musi River beautification.

KTR accused the Congress of misusing helicopters for political campaigning in Bihar, while people in Telangana waited for rescue. He recalled how the previous government under KCR used helicopters to save lives during floods in Mancherial and Bhupalpally.

He appreciated journalists and officials working non-stop to help those in need. KTR also warned that the Meteorological Department had forecast more heavy rains over the next four days and demanded immediate action from the Centre and State.

Though he planned to visit Kamareddy, he had to turn back due to overflowing streams. KTR said party volunteers were setting up medical camps and providing water and food in affected villages.
