Shailaja Ramaiyer moved to the Environment, Forests, Science and Technology Department while continuing to oversee the Endowments Department.

Ahmad Nadeem took charge as Principal Secretary (Political) in the General Administration Department. N. Sridhar became Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Rahul Bojja assumed responsibility as Principal Secretary for Disaster Management after returning from leave.

The government also reassigned several other senior officers, including P. Katyayani Devi, K. Gangadhar, T. Venkanna, K. Vidyasagar and K. Chandrakala, to new departments. Officers such as Aman Sameer, Manish Kumar Meena, and Tushar Singla have been given director-level postings. Multiple officers have been appointed as Sub-Divisional Officers across districts.
