The operation followed complaints from enclave representatives, who alleged that a person named Jaihind Reddy had illegally occupied parks gifted to the GHMC through a registered gift deed. Acting on the complaint, HyDRA conducted a ground-level investigation and confirmed the encroachment.

Officials successfully recovered 16,000 square yards of land , estimated to be worth nearly ₹400 crore. To prevent further illegal activities, fencing was erected around the reclaimed land.

Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to protecting public properties and warned that encroachments will not be tolerated. The recovery has been welcomed by residents, who expressed relief that community parks and open spaces were restored for public use.
