According to the Chief Minister’s Office, the Information and Public Relations Department conceptualised and designed the layout of the diary and calendar. The Controller Printing and Stationery, Punjab, carried out the printing work, maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.

Senior officials attended the unveiling ceremony, reflecting the importance of the publication. Those present included Chief Secretary KAP Sinha, Secretary Information and Public Relations Ramvir Singh, and Director Information and Public Relations Vimal Setia, along with other senior officers.

While addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Mann appreciated the coordinated efforts of the departments involved.
