At least five Baloch civilians were killed by Pakistani forces in Balochistan, human rights groups reported. Ustad Allah Dad, from Soler Ghichk in Panjgur, was found dead on September 20 after four days of detention. He had been forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces on September 16 in Washuk district. His body showed signs of severe torture.

Another civilian, Tariq Hamza from Gwadar, was killed on September 19 in a fake encounter in Kech district. Three other previously disappeared individuals, including Abdul Sattar, were also killed alongside him, according to the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC). Tariq had been disappeared by Pakistani forces on November 12, 2024. His family repeatedly sought information, but no details were provided.

The Baloch National Movement condemned Allah Dad’s extrajudicial killing, calling it part of systematic persecution against the Baloch people. The rights group demanded Pakistan immediately stop such practices, conduct impartial investigations, prosecute the perpetrators, and end the culture of impunity. It also called on the international community to hold Pakistan accountable and support justice and dignity for the Baloch population.
