Jan Suraj Party’s Bihar president, Manoj Bharti, announced a Manoj Bharti weekly fast to support the movement for change in the state. During Prashant Kishore’s one-day penance fast at Bhithiharwa Gandhi Ashram, Bharti explained that he would fast once every week. This Manoj Bharti weekly fast will continue as part of the party’s commitment to Bihar.

Prashant Kishore completed his 24-hour silent fast by drinking water. Soon after, he said the experience made him stronger. Later, Bharti joined him and realised that he, too, could complete a full-day fast. As a result, he decided to make it a weekly routine for the people of Bihar.

Furthermore, Bharti urged party workers and office bearers to reflect on their work. He said that confidence, honesty, and character must guide Jan Suraj. Although the people of Bihar are ready for change, the party still needs to communicate its message more clearly. Since there is no strong opposition in the state, he believes this is the right moment to offer a new political option.

Meanwhile, Prashant Kishore shared the plan for the next one and a half years. The party will help 1.5 crore women fill forms under a welfare scheme. In addition, Jan Suraj teams will visit wards and blocks to meet families directly and address their issues.

The Bihar political crisis has taken a new turn after the NDA’s big victory in the state elections. While most Grand Alliance leaders have stayed silent, Prashant Kishor (PK) has stepped forward and taken the lead. The Bihar political crisis grew deeper as Tejashwi Yadav and Rahul Gandhi remained absent from public events.

PK spoke strongly after the defeat. He said Jan Suraj did not perform as expected, even though it secured 3.34% vote share and finished third in 129 seats. He accepted the result but promised to continue his fight. He also challenged the NDA government, saying he would quit politics if it failed to deliver its promise of giving ₹2 lakh to 15 million women.

PK announced a helpline for women and said his team would help them claim their rights. On November 20th, Nitish Kumar’s cabinet will take oath at Gandhi Maidan, while PK will observe a 24-hour fast at Gandhi Ashram in West Champaran. His choice of location highlights his message of struggle and self-discipline.

With Tejashwi busy in family issues and Rahul Gandhi staying away, PK has become the most active opposition face. His sharp statements and clear stand show he is ready to fill the opposition space in Bihar.

The Jan Suraj Party explained why Jan Suraj votes shifted to NDA in the Bihar elections. The party said that fear of the RJD returning to power pushed many supporters to choose the NDA at the last moment. This fear influenced voter behaviour in many parts of Bihar. The party leaders believe that Jan Suraj votes shifted to NDA because people thought voting for Jan Suraj might help the RJD indirectly.

Uday Singh, the National President of Jan Suraj, said that the party worked hard for three years. He said people supported the party’s ideas but still chose not to vote for it. Many voters believed that only the NDA could stop the RJD, so they voted strategically.

He also said that the party expected at least 15 percent votes but received only 4 percent. Still, the party will continue to raise issues like employment, migration, and social security. He reminded that Jan Suraj demanded a ₹2000 pension and later the government increased it.

Jan Suraj leaders said they will not step back. They want the NDA to fulfil the promises made during the elections, especially on migration and livelihood issues.

Uday Singh, the party’s national president, explained that the results would feel better if they came from real work done by the government.

He said money reached people’s accounts even one day before voting. He believes this heavy flow of cash changed the mood of the public. He also warned that Bihar’s weak economy cannot handle spending of nearly ₹40,000 crore. He fears that key sectors like education and health may suffer.

Uday Singh also alleged that leaders misused a World Bank loan. He said ₹14,000 crore from that loan went into cash transfers instead of development. He feels this move influenced many voters and damaged the state’s future needs.

The party expected 15 percent votes but received only 4 percent. Still, the party wants to work as a strong opposition.

Bihar is waiting for the final vote count after two busy rounds of polling. Exit polls strongly suggest a big win for the NDA. These numbers also put a spotlight on the Prashant Kishor bet on himself, which he made during several TV interviews and rallies. He said the JDU would not cross 25 seats. He even promised to quit politics if his prediction turned out wrong. This Prashant Kishor bet on himself has now become a major topic in the state’s political debate.

Many surveys show the NDA could cross 150 seats. Some agencies say the JDU alone may win 56 to 62 seats. If the results come close to these predictions, Kishor will face a direct test of his own words. He gave these statements with full confidence, repeating that the JDU would not reach 25 seats under any situation.

Now, the big question is simple: Will he keep his promise? Bihar is watching closely. Supporters are waiting to see if he will quit politics or explain his earlier claims. The election results will not only affect the major alliances but may also decide the political future of Prashant Kishor. His next step will shape the state’s conversation.

The Bihar Election 2025 is heating up with every phase, and veteran leader Shatrughan Sinha is once again in the spotlight. Known for his unique political style, Shatrughan Sinha has openly supported Congress candidate Akhouri Omkarnath from Gaya, also known as Mohan Srivastava. In his message, he praised him as hardworking, honest, and a true voice of the people.

Interestingly, Shatrughan Sinha’s move has drawn attention because, in the first phase, he supported Jan Suraj candidate KC Sinha. Both KC Sinha and Akhouri Omkarnath belong to the Kayastha community — the same as Shatrughan Sinha. This consistent backing of Kayastha candidates suggests that Shatrughan Sinha may be playing the Kayastha card to connect with his community across political lines.

As a member of TMC, which is part of the Grand Alliance along with Congress, Shatrughan Sinha’s support strengthens the coalition’s image while also appealing to community sentiments. His actions highlight the mix of caste and coalition politics that continues to define Bihar’s election landscape.

Instead of bringing progress, it has ruined the state with rising incidents of kidnapping, extortion, and corruption. Kishor stated that Bihar’s next political fight is not only with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) but also against old systems that have kept the state backward.

He urged the people to decide whether they want to bring back the jungle raj or build a new Bihar with the Jan Suraj movement. He claimed that RJD’s governance had destroyed public trust and development opportunities. Kishor called upon the youth to take charge and support a clean, transparent, and progressive system. His remarks have created political ripples across Bihar as parties gear up for the 2025 elections.

Tejashwi Yadav, the face of the Grand Alliance, has again focused on his core promise—employment for every household. He said Bihar needs jobs, not politics. The Bihar Election 2025 debate grew stronger after Tejashwi promised government jobs, allowances for women, and improved education and health systems.

In a recent interview, Tejashwi declared employment as an investment, not an expense. He also criticized the NDA’s one-time relief for women voters, saying his “Mai Behen Maan Yojana” will bring lasting change.

Taking a direct jab at Prashant Kishor, he said, “He’s not a leader, he’s a consultant. Real politics is about connecting with people, not just media talk.” Tejashwi reminded that during his tenure as Deputy CM, half a million jobs were created.

On fielding a candidate against his brother Tej Pratap, Tejashwi replied that democracy needs diversity and options. He added that understanding and hard work matter more than degrees.

During his Bihar election campaign in Katihar, Prashant Kishor Fear Allah Not BJP became the key message as he addressed the Muslims of the Seemanchal region. He urged them to fear Allah, not any political party, and to stand up for their rights. He warned that if people kept supporting old political forces, their children’s future would remain dark even if leaders’ houses stayed bright.

Kishor criticized both BJP and RJD, saying that real change would come only when people vote for honest leadership. Continuing his campaign across Katihar, Kadwa, Pranpur, and Balrampur, he led roadshows and public meetings, asking voters to press the “Basta” symbol of the Jan Suraj Party.

He also appealed to migrant workers returning home for Chhath to stay back in Bihar and help rebuild their state. Candidates Ashab Alam (Balrampur) and Sonu Singh Nishad (Pranpur) joined his efforts. Kishor’s convoy faced police checks in Purnia, but his campaign continued strongly, promising to intensify after Chhath.
