The Bihar Government to Give 52 Lakh Uniforms and New Employment under a new welfare decision approved by the state cabinet. The plan focuses on helping young children while also boosting job opportunities across rural areas of Bihar.

Under this scheme, the government will provide two sets of uniforms to nearly 52 lakh children enrolled in Anganwadi centres. The distribution is expected to begin soon and will cover centres across the entire state.

The government has linked the programme with employment generation. Women associated with the Jeevika livelihood mission will stitch the uniforms. This step will offer steady work to thousands of women and local tailors.

Officials said the scheme will reduce the financial burden on poor families. Free uniforms can help improve attendance and participation among young children in early education.

The state may later extend the programme to government primary schools for students from Class 1 to Class 5. This expansion would benefit even more children.

The Bihar Government to Give 52 Lakh Uniforms and New Employment also supports the larger goal of skill development and rural income growth. Leaders believe this combined approach will strengthen education and livelihoods at the same time.

With Saat Nischay Part-3, the government aims to boost employment, improve incomes, and reduce migration from the state.

The new program will run from 2025 to 2030. First, it focuses on the idea of “Double Employment, Double Income.” The government wants to create jobs across industry, agriculture, services, and emerging sectors.

Moreover, women empowerment stands at the center of the plan. Women entrepreneurs will receive financial support of up to ₹2 lakh to start small businesses. At the same time, skill training programs will expand to help youth become job-ready.

In addition, the state plans to attract large industrial investments. Better roads, modern education, and improved healthcare will support this growth. The government will also strengthen departments linked to youth, employment, and skill development.

Nitish Kumar said this phase builds on earlier reforms and looks toward long-term growth. He believes the plan will create opportunities within Bihar itself.

He noted that Telugu professionals earn high per-capita income in many nations. Moreover, he pointed out that a large number of foreign students come from Telugu states. This global recognition, he said, significantly boosts the state’s image.

The Chief Minister explained that the Vishakha CII Summit rebuilt the state’s investment identity. Through the summit, Andhra Pradesh gained ₹13.26 lakh crore in commitments and 16 lakh potential jobs. Additionally, the State Investment Promotion Board cleared projects worth ₹8.29 lakh crore. He further mentioned that the Centre recently acknowledged Andhra Pradesh as the state with the highest number of industrial parks.

Naidu highlighted notable economic progress across sectors. During the first year, the state recorded 12.02% GSDP growth. In the second quarter, growth reached 11.28%, which was significantly higher than the national 8.7% rate. Furthermore, he set a 17% annual target and stressed accountability and transparency in all departments.

He also detailed reforms in irrigation, power, HRD, and regional development. To improve groundwater, the government plans new conservation systems. In addition, AP aims to reduce power costs and expand HRD centres. He added that upcoming technology and innovation hubs will push long-term economic growth across all regions.

She, along with her activists and HMS Singareni Union leaders, surrounded the Singareni Bhavan in the city today. Police intervened promptly and stopped the protest. Several leaders, including Kavitha, were arrested and taken to Nampally Police Station.

Kavitha urged the government to halt the auction of coal blocks in Telangana immediately. She demanded that new coal blocks be allotted exclusively to Singareni. According to her, this move is crucial for the company’s financial stability. She also called for stopping income tax deductions from workers’ salaries, which she said would reduce their financial burden.

She alleged that 25% of contracts in the Singareni sector involve corruption, with 10% of shares going to Congress leaders. Kavitha warned that if the government fails to respond, she will approach the CBI. She emphasized the need for a medical board for workers, which has been pending for two years, highlighting its importance for their health.

Kavitha criticized the continuation of dependent employees without new job creation. She stressed that removing them is unfair and urged authorities to take immediate action. The protest highlighted ongoing labor concerns and the need for swift governmental intervention.
