Uric acid is a waste product formed when the body breaks down purines, found in protein-rich foods. Excessive uric acid can result in hyperuricemia, causing crystals to form in the joints. While medication helps manage the condition, yoga provides a natural way to balance uric acid levels.</p>
<p data-start="673" data-end="1027">Yoga and spiritual leader Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar shared with Health Shots that yoga can improve blood circulation, enhance metabolism, and aid detoxification, helping the body process uric acid more efficiently. “High uric acid can lead to joint pain, swelling, and stiffness. Yoga is an effective natural practice to manage this imbalance,” he said.</p>
<p data-start="1029" data-end="1170">Akshar recommends practicing six yoga poses daily to support kidney and liver function, reduce inflammation, and prevent uric acid buildup:</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A miraculous for the prevention of milk asthma in children<br />
Children with milk asthma should first apply castor oil on their chest and stomach. Then, if a cotton cloth is soaked in hot cow&#8217;s milk, knead it well and apply castor oil on the stomach and chest with that cloth, the children will immediately recover from milk asthma. Doing this two or three times as needed will reduce milk asthma.</p>
<p><strong>When bleeding from wounds</strong><br />
When the wounds become milky due to any accident, the bleeding will be severe. In that case, grind the leaves of Patrabijam and apply it on the wound and bandage it. Immediately, grind the leaves of Patrabijam and mix 10 to 20 grams with a spoon of jaggery powder and drink it internally. The bleeding from the wounds will stop immediately. If the bleeding does not stop quickly, another two or three doses can be given internally at an interval of one hour. Then the blood will definitely stop and life will be saved. When accidents happen and the organs are crushed, the doctors would fix these organs and tie these leaves on them. The crushed flesh will come back to its original state and very soon the organ will regain its health and function normally. This is called &#8220;Ranapala&#8221; in common parlance.</p>
<p><strong>For the prevention of amebiasis</strong><br />
If you grind Tulsi leaves and Vayuvidangas equally and consume them in a dose of two and a half grams per meal for 2 times a day, amebiasis will be cured. Vayuvidangas are available in Ayurvedic shops.</p>
<p><strong>Note:</strong> Some of the books we know say that depending on the severity of your disease, you should consult an Ayurvedic doctor and use medicines under his supervision.</p>
