The arrest of Bandhu Man Singh has given the inquiry fresh momentum. According to Delhi Police officials, Singh works closely with Canada-based gangster Goldy Dhillon. Dhillon controls multiple extortion rackets abroad and reportedly directed the attack as an intimidation tactic against the comedian’s business.

Moreover, investigators revealed that Singh coordinated directly with Dhillon’s overseas network. They believe he played an important role in the conspiracy to threaten high-profile individuals using violent methods.

During the arrest, police recovered a Chinese pistol and cartridges. Officers confirmed that Singh carried the weapon to support the gang’s operations. They also stated that intelligence inputs helped them track him quickly.

Furthermore, the police have now expanded the probe. They aim to identify additional conspirators and map the gang’s reach in India and Canada. Officials stressed that the investigation will continue until the entire network is dismantled.
