He stressed that workers depend on industries for stability and security. Various laws from the Centre, he said, are harming workers instead of supporting them. He warned that labour groups must remain alert to protect their rights. Workers, according to him, deserve legal safeguards when governments sell public assets.

Malla Reddy stated that ESI hospitals in Telangana are failing to supply essential medicines. He raised concerns about the future of thousands of families if industrial units across the city are sold. Continuous privatisation, he said, weakens both workers and their communities. He demanded immediate steps to ensure worker welfare.

He assured support from the BRS party in their fight against state and central policies. Malla Reddy also promised ₹10 lakh to help workers travel to Delhi for protests. He said the party would continue standing with the labour community. He insisted that strong collective action would protect workers’ interests.
