The case came to light after Bihar minister Sanjay Singh intervened and asked police to take strict action. He directed officers to check CCTV footage, identify those involved, and conduct raids to arrest the accused.

According to the victims, they had come to PMCH after a train-related injury. When they requested a written note for an external CT scan, an argument reportedly broke out. The situation escalated, and some relatives were allegedly assaulted.

Police have started an investigation and are working to identify and arrest those responsible.
