He tagged KTR’s post and warned, “BC community members, beware. Those exploiting suicides for politics are back.”

Reddy criticized KTR for opposing BC reservations and spreading negativity to other states. He accused KTR of misleading the BC community while protecting the BJP. The pending BC reservation issue at the central government level was highlighted as being mishandled politically.

He called KTR a “trickster” who deceives BCs for political gain. Reddy emphasized that political drama by BJP and BRS cannot halt the fight for BC reservations. The Congress leader urged unity among BCs to continue pressing the central government for justice.

Sama Mohan Reddy reiterated that BC community rights would not be compromised. He confirmed that Congress will continue its struggle until central government action ensures proper implementation of reservations. He warned against being swayed by political theatrics aimed at dividing the community.

BRS candidate Maganti Sunitha made strong allegations after the Jubilee Hills by-election result. She accused Congress candidate Naveen Yadav of winning through threats and rowdy behavior. While speaking to the media after counting, she claimed that Congress forced voters to support them. She also alleged that several parties helped Congress carry out large-scale rigging during polling.

Sunitha stated that Congress created fear among voters throughout the campaign. She said the party “won through muscle power” and not through genuine public support. She added that this victory did not reflect a fair mandate. Sunitha also mentioned that her late husband Gopinath’s presence earlier prevented such tactics, and people used to behave differently then.

The BRS leader said she believed she earned moral victory despite the final numbers. She dismissed the idea that KCR’s limited campaigning affected her performance. Sunitha also expressed anger over the behavior inside the counting centre. She claimed BRS leaders faced harassment and disrespect, even about their sarees, which deeply hurt them.

She further claimed that rowdy activities already began in Jubilee Hills after the win. Sunitha also criticized the Election Commission, saying it failed in managing the by-election. She demanded accountability for the issues she highlighted.

Vote counting continued for the Jubilee Hills by-election, which drew interest across Telangana. Congress candidate Naveen Yadav kept a steady lead from the first round. By the end of the eighth round, his majority crossed 22,000 votes. Only two rounds remained, and BJP candidate Lankala Deepak Reddy received nearly 9,100 votes. The gap surprised many as the BJP holds power at the Centre.

Deepak Reddy left the counting centre after the seventh round. Later, he spoke to the media and raised strong concerns. He said the election saw heavy money flow and misuse of power. He also claimed that the final three rounds would favour the BJP. Despite the low numbers, he expressed hope that he would secure his deposit.

The BJP candidate also criticised the ruling party for influencing the process. He stated that voters observed these issues throughout the campaign. He added that the party would review the entire polling pattern after the results.

Meanwhile, Congress supporters celebrated early trends. They expected a clear victory for Naveen Yadav as his lead kept increasing. With only a few rounds left, the by-election generated high political tension in Hyderabad. Both parties prepared for the final results and possible post-counting statements.

“Maa ka apman INDI alliance ki pehchaan,” said BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla, accusing RJD workers in Samastipur, Bihar, of insulting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s late mother. He called it the fourth such instance of abuse from members of the INDI alliance, sparking outrage within BJP ranks. Poonawalla demanded an apology and disciplinary action from alliance leaders.

During a press conference, Poonawalla repeated, “Maa ka apman INDI alliance ki pehchaan,” and criticized the silence of senior opposition figures. He claimed that such personal attacks reflect a deeper culture of disrespect within the alliance. According to him, targeting PM Modi’s mother is not just unethical—it’s politically motivated and morally unacceptable.

The BJP has launched a social media campaign to highlight the issue, urging voters to reject politics rooted in personal insults. Party leaders believe this incident will resonate with the public, especially in Bihar, where family values hold strong cultural significance.

Local BJP units in Samastipur have staged protests, demanding accountability from RJD leadership. They submitted a memorandum to district officials, calling for legal action against those involved. Meanwhile, RJD has not issued an official response, though some leaders have privately dismissed the allegations as politically driven.

This controversy adds fuel to an already heated election atmosphere in Bihar. With assembly polls approaching, both BJP and INDI alliance members are sharpening their narratives. Poonawalla’s remarks are expected to dominate headlines and influence voter sentiment in the coming weeks.
