Under the NTR Health Services hybrid model, 2,493 network hospitals will provide free treatment. The scheme covers 3,257 procedures at no cost. To speed up medical support, the government will introduce a pre-authorization system that grants approvals within six hours.

As part of the framework, insurance companies will handle claims up to ₹2.5 lakh. The NTR Health Services Trust will fund treatments between ₹2.5 lakh and ₹25 lakh.
