A shocking medical case came to light in Bihar when 6-Inch Scissors Found in Stomach of a young woman after she suffered severe abdominal pain for more than a year. Doctors were stunned when an MRI scan revealed a metal object inside her body.

The woman, a resident of East Champaran district, had been complaining of constant stomach pain since the birth of her child. Family members said she delivered the baby at a private clinic about 18 months ago.

Despite visiting several doctors, her pain never improved. Recently, her condition worsened, and doctors advised an MRI scan to find the cause.

The scan showed a six-inch surgical scissors inside her abdomen. Doctors believe the instrument was accidentally left inside her body during the delivery surgery.

She was rushed to a private hospital, where surgeons performed an operation to remove the scissors. During the procedure, her condition suddenly deteriorated.

Sadly, the woman did not survive the surgery. Her family has accused the hospital staff of serious medical negligence and demanded strict action.

Police officials said they have received a complaint and started an investigation. Further action will depend on the medical reports and inquiry findings.

The PMCH girl death case has sparked a major investigation in Patna. A 3-year-old girl died during surgery at PMCH, and her family wants answers. The hospital has formed a four-member team to study what happened. Officials say the team will submit its report within two weeks. The PMCH girl death case has drawn strong reactions from the public and the girl’s family.

Her parents say she died because doctors gave her a high dose of anesthesia. They also say she never woke up after the operation. The hospital management says the real cause will be known only after the inquiry.

The girl, Avantika Rai from Gopalganj, had fractured both legs while playing. Her family brought her to Patna for better treatment. Doctors scheduled her surgery for December 2. She was sedated for the procedure but did not regain consciousness. Her condition became critical, and she died on December 6.

A committee of senior doctors from orthopedics, pediatrics and other departments will review every detail. The family claims doctors gave a double dose of anesthesia. The hospital says it will act based on the investigation report.

Ranganathan, owner of the Chennai-based pharmaceutical firm Coldrif, from his home in Kodambakkam. The arrest took place early Thursday as part of a nationwide probe into the deaths of children linked to a toxic cough syrup.

At least 20 children across Madhya Pradesh reportedly died after consuming Coldrif syrup, manufactured by Sresan Pharmaceuticals in Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu. Tests confirmed the presence of diethylene glycol (DEG), a poisonous chemical used in paints and inks. DEG ingestion can cause severe kidney failure, a condition seen among several victims.

Health officials said over 40 children remain under observation in hospitals across Ujjain, Guna, and Shivpuri. The state government immediately banned Coldrif’s sale, while the Union Health Ministry ordered all states to seize its stock and halt distribution. Tamil Nadu’s Drug Control Department has also begun statewide raids to remove the product from markets.

Investigators suspect violations of manufacturing norms and safety protocols. Police confirmed that Ranganathan will be taken to Madhya Pradesh for interrogation.
