He attended the Cabinet Sub-Committee meeting held on Friday to review the “Housing for All” program. Officials discussed land reforms and faster construction measures during the meeting.

Minister Narayana stated that the state aims to fulfill every poor family’s dream of owning a house. He mentioned that the government is working with a clear plan to ensure smooth progress. The housing project will also support economic growth and employment in construction.

He reminded that between 2014 and 2019, the TDP government approved seven lakh TIDCO houses. Out of them, five lakh houses entered the construction phase. Later, political changes caused delays in project work and affected thousands of beneficiaries.

Minister Narayana said Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu ordered the completion of 2.6 lakh TIDCO houses by June 2026. The government targets to hand over houses within the deadline. He assured that no poor family would face problems during the housing process.

A farmer from Amaravati has raised serious concerns, claiming that he has faced injustice for the past eight years despite giving up 25 acres of land for the capital city project. He stated that in 2017, the government had promised him returnable plots in exchange for his land. However, to his shock, the plots allotted to him reportedly belonged to another person.

Questioning the irregularity, he asked how such land could be registered in his name without proper acquisition. Despite approaching Union Minister Pemmasani, State Minister Narayana, and other officials, the farmer said that the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Commissioner, Kannababu, has ignored his grievances.

The farmer’s allegation has now become a talking point in political and public circles, highlighting ongoing disputes in Amaravati’s land pooling scheme and raising fresh concerns about transparency and fairness in the process.

During his visit to Guntur, he emphasized that Amaravati is emerging as a very safe city. He noted that construction and development activities are moving rapidly, with visible progress every day.

The minister strongly criticized those spreading false propaganda about the capital city. He warned that the people will not forgive attempts to mislead them with misleading graphics and negative campaigns. According to him, citizens can clearly see the ongoing works, and there is no doubt about the progress being made.

The coalition government, after assuming power, placed special focus on Amaravati’s capital development. Major construction projects are underway at a fast pace. Several government buildings are nearing completion, while others remain in advanced stages of construction. Gradually, Amaravati is beginning to take shape as a functioning capital.

Amid this progress, a section of social media users has attempted to undermine the government’s efforts with false claims. Minister Narayana responded with a strong counter, insisting that Amaravati is moving forward as planned and that the city will soon reflect the vision promised to the people.

Social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram have become prime targets for cybercriminals. They create fake accounts to deceive unsuspecting users, often using QR codes and links to steal money.

In a recent case, cybercriminals targeted Punith, the son-in-law of Minister Narayana. The scammers impersonated him and sent an urgent message to his company’s accountant. The message claimed they needed ₹1.96 crore immediately due to an emergency. Without verifying the request, the accountant transferred the money.

Punith later realized the scam and reported the incident to the police. Authorities arrested two suspects, Aravind and Sanjeev, while another suspect remains at large. The incident highlights the growing threat of cybercrime and the need for vigilance when making online financial transactions.
