Leaders across India marked Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s death anniversary today with heartfelt tributes. Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy joined them by sharing his message on X. He reflected on Ambedkar’s contribution as the architect of the Constitution. Moreover, he explained that strong nation-building begins with clarity of purpose and responsibility.

Jagan Mohan Reddy stated that true respect for the Constitution comes only through consistent practice. He emphasised that Ambedkar worked tirelessly for equality and justice. Because of this vision, Jagan urged citizens to uphold the values Ambedkar promoted. He noted that these principles continue to guide India’s democratic progress.

During his message, Jagan highlighted the need for equal opportunities for every citizen. He added that rights must be protected without bias or discrimination. As Ambedkar strongly believed in unity, Jagan reminded people to rise above caste, religion, region, and language. In addition, he said that harmony and mutual respect form the foundation of a healthy society.

Jagan concluded that Ambedkar’s speeches and writings offered timeless lessons for the world. He admired Ambedkar as a visionary who turned the aspirations of the oppressed into constitutional safeguards. With that, he said Ambedkar’s legacy continues to inspire movements for equality and empowerment.

Haryana CM Saini Marks Constitution Day with a strong message of unity and national responsibility. During his visit to the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, he greeted the people of the state and extended warm wishes on this important occasion. Moreover, Haryana CM Saini Marks Constitution Day by stressing the importance of equal opportunity, justice, and dignity for all citizens.

The Chief Minister said Constitution Day inspires every Indian to uphold the nation’s core values. He also noted that the Constitution guides India toward strength, empowerment, and unity. Furthermore, he explained that the Haryana Government works to implement these principles through inclusive and people-first development efforts.

In addition, he highlighted that the state’s governance structure stands on transparency, social justice, and broad public participation. These pillars, he said, push Haryana toward a more balanced and progressive future.

The Chief Minister praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for firmly safeguarding the Constitution. He added that the PM’s mantra—Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas—truly reflects the Constitution’s essence and national direction.

Later, CM Saini urged citizens to understand their rights along with their duties. He especially encouraged the youth to study the Constitution deeply and contribute meaningfully to nation-building. According to him, national interest and constitutional dignity must always remain a priority.

The event drew the presence of Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, several ministers, MLAs, senior officers, and Vidhan Sabha staff. Their participation strengthened the celebration of a day that honors India’s democratic foundation.

He described Kalam as a “Rashtra Ratna” before he became “Rashtrapati” and said his legacy will continue to inspire the nation.

Kalam, born in a poor family in Rameswaram, sold newspapers to support his family. He later became a leading aerospace scientist and the 11th President of India. Known as the “Missile Man of India,” he contributed significantly to India’s missile and nuclear programs, including the 1998 Pokhran-II nuclear tests.
