A driving licence is also mandatory. The government also set an education condition. Only candidates who completed Class 10 can apply.

The state created a dedicated website for this scheme. Eligible persons can submit their applications on apdascac.ap.gov.in. Officials say the extension will help more beneficiaries complete the process on time. The government aims to support mobility and independence for persons with disabilities through this initiative.
